Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via FEDEX and USPS. Rates are calculated through the FEDEX calculator, and United States Postal Service. Please note that SMARTPOST will ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and non-residential addresses.
Order Processing
Please note orders take approximately 2-4 Weeks to process before shipping (this includes all forms of shipping). Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Please note that FEDEX does not deliver on the weekends and the pick-up date does not count as a transit day.
Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
Canada
All Canadian orders have a flat fee of $15 and are shipped via FEDEX Worldwide Service.
Orders shipping to Canada take approximately 4 business days to process before shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties. If for any reason a package is refused by a customer a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.

At this time Long Island Crowns is not able to accept any returns/exchanges from Canadian orders.
